I am not in the habit of writing reviews online. Until now. My review of Matt O'Donoghue from Waterman's has been done voluntarily. That's how impressed I've been. Living interstate and wanting to re-locate to Adelaide, looking for a suitable property at arm's length became virtually impossible. It took me a year of fruitless searching ,spending a fortune on air fares, not to mention the frustration, disappointment and stress to realise that I couldn't do it alone. Then someone mentioned using a Buyer's Advocate, and that's where Matt O'Donoghue came in. Suddenly I had someone on the spot in Adelaide representing me. All for a flat fee. No commissions, no vested interests. I can't begin to tell you of Matt's extreme professionalism, honesty, patience (he needed that!) and understanding, not to mention access to off-market properties and background information I'd never source myself. Then he found me my dream home! It went up for auction, with Matt bidding on my behalf and communicating with me by phone, every step of the way. I have never experienced negotiating skills like Matt's. And we bought it! What else can I say? Yvonne Grant, Sydney.

Saw Chris Waterman at the Coast FM open day, where he had a stand and enquired about his services regarding buying a property. Within a couple of weeks his buyers agent Matt O'Donoghue found a lovely off market 3 bedroom homette at a decent price. Matt was in complete contact during the entire time doing all the dirty work so my wife and myself didn't have to do anything...he did it all. Would certainly use again without hesitation.
