Questions agents ask
- Do I still get enquiries on a free listing?
- Yes. Every profile has an enquiry form, and buyers matched to your area are emailed to you whether you pay or not. What Featured changes is that the buyer arrives with their contact details already unlocked, and that you are listed above the free profiles.
- Do I have to subscribe to reply to a buyer?
- No. You can unlock any single enquiry for A$49.00 and keep those details for good. The subscription is cheaper from the third enquiry in a month, and it also buys placement and the website link, which the one-off unlock does not.
- Does Featured link to my website?
- Yes. A Featured profile shows a "Visit website" link beside your agency's name, so a buyer who wants to read more goes to your site rather than back to Google. Free profiles keep the buyer on PropertyGo.
- How do I know it is working?
- Your dashboard reports how many times your card was shown in a list and how many people opened your profile, over the last 90 days. Those figures are on the free listing too, so you can judge the traffic before you spend anything.
- How are free listings ordered?
- On your city pages, by Google review rating and then by number of reviews, so one five-star review does not outrank a long track record. In the main directory, claimed profiles come first and are then ordered by number of reviews. Featured agents sit above both lists and are labelled as paying for placement.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your dashboard. Your listing stays exactly where it is as a free profile, and your reviews and enquiry form stay with it.
