We offer a platform where users can find, compare, and engage with buyer's agents, and where buyer's agents can receive enquiries. We may use automated tools, including AI-assisted matching, to suggest agents based on the preferences you provide. Our services may change over time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. No Advice or Endorsement
PropertyGo is not a licensed real estate agent, buyer's agent, or financial adviser, and does not provide real estate, financial, legal, or taxation advice. Information on the Website, including agent profiles, reviews, guides, and market data, is general information only and should not be relied on as advice. Buyer's agents listed on the Website are independent businesses. We do not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for any agent, their licensing, or the services they provide. You are responsible for making your own enquiries, including verifying an agent's licence, before engaging them. Any agreement you enter into with an agent is between you and that agent.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.
- Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
- Refrain from posting or transmitting any content that is harmful, offensive, misleading, or violates any applicable law.
- Not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Website without our written permission.
5. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and email inbox, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not submit reviews of your own business, fake or incentivised reviews, or content that is defamatory or misleading. We may edit, moderate, or remove any content at our discretion. The Website may also display ratings and reviews sourced from third-party platforms; we do not guarantee their accuracy.
7. Agent Profiles and Claims
To provide a comprehensive directory, we may create agent profiles using publicly available business information. If a profile relates to your business, you may claim it by verifying your identity, or contact us to correct or remove it. Agents who claim or create a profile are responsible for ensuring the information in it (including fees, service areas, and licensing details) is accurate and kept up to date. We may remove or suspend profiles that we believe are inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.
8. Payments and Fees
Certain services, such as agent subscriptions and placements, require payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with prior notice before the change applies to you. If a payment fails or is not made when due, we may suspend or downgrade the related services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PropertyGo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Website without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, PropertyGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or our services, including your dealings with any buyer's agent. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropertyGo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website, content you submit, or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales.
