We decided to engage a buyer's agent to assist us in purchasing a home in Orange prior to our relocation back to Australia last year. Due to the travel restrictions in place at the time we were unable to inspect our purchase prior to settlement, so we were totally reliant on Matthew's advice and judgement. Matthew has an extensive knowledge of the local market and impressive contacts with local realtors. He worked assiduously to identify and address our requirements. His after sales assistance (above and beyond) was also commendable and very much appreciated by us. We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Matthew Ward to anyone seeking extra, professional assistance to purchase real estate.
