As first home buyers - looking to purchase out of area (currently living remote Northern Territory), We were recommended Chamberlain Brown. Our Initial hesitation, on firstly the unfamiliar process of buying such a big asset (that too “sight unseen”), and secondly engaging an agent that we could trust without meeting was almost immediately eased once my partner and I sat on a teams call with Sam Brown and Matt Chamberlain. They quite literally found exactly what we were after in TWO weeks. After inspections, due diligence, reports and subsequent offer, it’s just ticked over a month and we have our first home. Not only did this make the process easy, it made it physically possible. Their buyers agent service is much more than just the formality we initially thought. - Providing us with extensive local area knowledge (backed by reports) -Guiding us through the entire process, making sure we understand what’s happening throughout and feel in control. - Putting us in contact with any other necessary professions, making it feel like a one-stop-shop - Once they understood our brief they provided us with detailed lists each week of any properties that met the criteria. - They inspected any/all properties we were interested in and provided detailed notes, recommendations and video walkthrough for us. I would gladly recommend to anyone in the same position, even though we used Chamberlain Brown as a means to buy remotely (location being temporary), using them again wont be out of the question, when we have settled in Newcastle and are looking to purchase again, considering the pressure it took off us and the buyer relief we gained through the process.
