We had a fantastic experience with the team at Wallace Advocates. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Their communication, and guidance throughout the entire process gave us a lot of confidence, and they made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. We always felt like they had our best interests at heart. Although they found our home incredibly quickly and our search wasn't very long, having them on our side for every step of the journey, especially during the negotiations, was absolutely worth it. Working with the Wallace team of Emily, Harry, and Giorgia was a wonderful experience. From our very first meeting, we felt confident that we had experienced professionals on our side who genuinely wanted the best for us. Other than being great at their job they were also lovely to communicate with and we genuinely enjoyed the process of buying. We ended up securing an off market property that we wouldn’t have been able to access on our own, and at a price we were absolutely thrilled with.
