Our experience with Wallace Advocates has been nothing short of exceptional. After searching for many months for a property on our own with no luck (including missing out on a few that we really liked), my wife and I decided to explore options for buyers' agents who specialise in the inner north. By chance we were recommended to schedule a discovery call with Emily; and that turned out to be one hell of a good recommendation.  Emily was thorough, inquisitive and knowledgeable and gave us all the confidence we needed without overpromising or being 'salesy'.  We signed up on the spot. When it came to establishing our property search parameters, Harry and Giorgia were incredibly thorough while also managing to make the whole experience fun and enjoyable.  They got to work immediately and with a week had shown us 3 off/pre market options that we'd never have otherwise seen on our own.  Needless to say we were impressed!  To cut a long story short, Harry ended up purchasing one of them for us with what can only be described as an extraordinary amount of attention to detail, thorough communication and skillful negotiation.
