We used industry insider after failing to sell our home at auction first time around. Andrew and his team were just fantastic - held our hands through the whole process up to and after closing date. We sold through them because of Andrew's contacts in the industry and his ability to deal with multiple agents all at the same time. And having it sell off market was just ideal. Can highly recommend

We were introduced to Andrew through my parents (for whom Andrew also secured a home) a year or so ago when we were considering a move back to Australia. We feel very fortunate to have had him guide us through what is a very dynamic and unfamiliar housing market. Andrew has a real care and enthusiasm for what he does, and it shows in the strong relationships and familiarity he seems to have with all those across the industry. Both he and Lala were also incredibly proactive and patient in meeting our changing requirements and priorities as we discovered Melbourne and how we would like to live here. There was no pressure to extend ourselves and our finances — only mindfulness to purchase what made the most sense for us and our particular situation. I will just say that our particulars did not include unlimited financial resources; in fact, our ending purchase is quite modest compared to where we started with Andrew. The cost-to-benefit ratio of having an advocate like Andrew cannot be overstated — his ability to identify, evaluate, and purchase properties, while connecting us with the resources and information we need, made it all as simple and stress-free as possible. Highly recommended.
