I was searching for a 2-bedroom apartment in the Eastern Suburbs or Lower North Shore and, as a first-time buyer on my own, the process was overwhelming. After a couple of frustrating weeks and dozens of inspections for properties “within my budget” that ultimately sold far beyond, I called Dan for help. From the start, Dan’s deep knowledge of the areas I was targeting made a huge difference. He helped me refocus on properties that actually aligned with my aspirations, non-negotiables, and budget—saving me an enormous amount of time and energy. We quickly narrowed it down to two properties, and this is where Dan’s expertise shone. He reviewed and commented on sale contracts, strata reports, comparative sales, potential DA submissions and planning permissions, and land value reports with speed and precision—far beyond anything I could have managed on my own. In this market, speed is critical to success. With Dan’s guidance, I secured the first property I made an offer on. His strong relationship with the sales agents also worked in my favour. In less than four weeks, I went from frustrated to owning a home. The process was fast, smooth, and stress-free thanks to his support. He’s also a funny and positive human. Having someone in your corner who can provide expertise AND feels like a friend makes all the difference! Thank you Dan!

We’ve worked with Dan twice now – first a few years ago when we were initially looking, and again this year when he helped us purchase our new house. He’s knowledgeable, well-connected, and incredibly generous with his time, always explaining things clearly whenever we had questions or concerns. Throughout the process he was proactive, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend him more.
