We interviewed 3 potential buyers agents to help us downsize to our new home. We were buying and selling at the same time and knew the process would be stressful and that we would need some serious support. Dan followed up with us after our first meeting by sharing some properties that were on the market at the time, to show that he understood the brief and to get a clearer picture of what we were looking for. And this was before we had even engaged his service! Through the months of decisions that followed, he was quietly there, in the background waiting for us to make a decision and start the process. Sho was new to the team but was very quick to understand who we were and what we were looking for. He was not scared to say 'no this is not the one' and express why he thought this- honesty and collaboration were such an important part of our relationship. Together, they provided incredible support and market knowledge. From regular phone calls and arranging private viewings through to reviewing building inspection reports and purchasing contracts, Dan and Sho were always ahead of the game and across what was needed and able to break things down in a way that was easy for us to understand. They were available for us whenever we needed them. But you really see the value in their service at auction time, when Dan's serious expertise and auction skills, and Sho's quiet determination and confidence shone through. We did not pay $1 more for the property than we needed to! If you are looking to build a partnership that is collaborative, honest and with someone that has a deep knowledge of the Sydney market, then Unicorn Buyer's Agent are your people. Worked with Dan and Sho to get my first place. Very patient and attentive to my brief and took onboard my feedback throughout the search. Just good people. They made what would have been an exhausting and stressful process a breeze - and don't think I could have settled on a place without their help. That alone was worth the fee - but their knowledge in due diligence and negotiation meant it likely paid for itself. Would recommend for anyone, especially if you're a bit overwhelmed by the process and/or time-poor purchasing your first place.

Both Dan and Sho were amazing to deal with - always available, understood my brief immediately and continued to support anything I needed after settlement. Couldn’t have done it without them and would highly recommend their services.
