It was not our first time buying a property but this previous experience did not assist us in any way in the current climate and after many many weeks and months of one bad experience after another trying to buy a property unsuccessfully we engaged Brendan as our Buyers Agent.We should have done this earlier!We would not have been successful in buying the property we have now if we did not have Brendan on our side.He was the X Factor we needed for success.The purchase of our property was not at all easy. Brendan's knowledge and expertise is what made it successful. He was in constant communication with us regularly by phone and text. He was always there to answer any questions we had.Brendan took the time to ask us lots of questions to get an understanding of what our requirements were and listened to what we said and acted according to us wishes.He ran through the entire process of buying with us step by step. Firstly with getting us ready for doing the first inspection, then preparing us for what the process will be like in making an offer and what to expect once he made an offer for us.He then guided us through a very tense but successful negotiation to get the right price and then the following several days waiting for the deal to be done ie contract signed.He put in 12hr+ days with us throughout this entire process. After 9pm finishes and even a 515am start on one of the days, trying to get the deal done. He consistently went above and beyond.His manner was always very calm and reassuring especially when things are not quiet going according to plan. He knew when to use humour to help diffuse a very tense situation. He is a very genuine person and cares for his clients.Thanks Brendan we would have stood no chance in getting this property without you.Would recommend Brendan "The Property Curator" and his services without any hesitancy.Thanks for all your great work Brendan.

My partner and I recently purchased my first property with Brendan. From the very start he took the reigns and demonstrated a wealth of experience, knowledge, strategy, connections and empathy (for what can be quite an emotional ride). During Brendan's service, I can honestly say, was the most supported I've felt in making any big decision. He was never in a rush to end a phone call at any time, even if it steered into unrelated stuff. We ended up landing an outstanding place for a fair price in a hyper-competitive market. Can't recommend him enough.

Where does one even begin?! Brendan helped my partner and I purchase our first home in the Inner West. He helped us find something far more beautiful than we could have found on our own! From our initial consultation, Brendan put us at ease with his kind and friendly nature. He put in a genuine effort getting to know us, and helped us to understand our values and what was important when purchasing a home. He was open and transparent with regards to his service and fees, and his explanation and documentation was accessible and easy to understand. He went to work immediately, and was always available to answer our silly questions, share market knowledge, provide valuable strategic insights, or to simply provide reassurance and crack a joke (or many) when it was really needed. We really valued his extensive ground work, ethical framework when engaging in due dilligence, and sound advice to walk away when properties didn't meet our needs or presented with risk. Brendan was an absolute delight to work with, and I cannot recommend his services enough. Brendan, thank you again for everything. I really appreciate your support and making what could have otherwise been a really stressful experience highly informative and rewarding.
