Lauren came to us highly recommended by a few people so we were already pretty comfortable in our choice to go with Sydney Slice. Our situation was quite unique in that we were looking for a family home which either included a granny flat, an add-on/duplex or land size that could accommodate a build, in order for us to live as an intergenerational family with my parents. Apart from juggling full-time jobs and a month overseas, I was also travelling interstate to care for family and navigating a newly diagnosed chronic illness so having someone doing so much of the house-hunting legwork for us was an absolute godsend. Through regular check-ins and iterative drilling down with us and my parents, Lauren got a great feel for what we needed and our particular and unique tastes. She encouraged us to look outside our defined hunt-zone and, as a result, found us the perfect property. We had slightly baulked at the fee initially but when we consider how much work Lauren put in on her hunt, it's justified. She really pounded the pavement and saw many homes where she made the call to save us the bother. But where Lauren really earned her keep was at the point we found the property we wanted to buy. She was so thorough and helpful going through the building inspection, she attended multiple visits with our extended family, provided advice on what we could do with the property (renos etc), provided a detailed comparison report and, most importantly, negotiated the price for us to the point where we spent substantially less than if we had negotiated without her. This act alone justified and easily paid for Lauren's fee. We have been in our 'new' home for 4 months now and are so happy. I seriously don't think we could've done it without Lauren!

Sydney Slice has been managing my rental property in Bondi, I couldn't have asked for better agents. From the moment I contacted them they acted promptly and professionally, inspecting the property immediately, photographing it professionally, listing it and finding a great tenant almost instantly. I am so impressed with both Melanie and Gayle, Melanie goes above and beyond to always keep me in the loop with communication, updates and consistently goes out of her way to accommodate me. I have no hesitation in recommending Sydney Slice to others renting out their properties. I have had other agents in the past who have continually disappointed me and dealing with Sydney Slice is like a fresh of breath air!! So very happy with them and for once I can relax knowing that my property is in the hands of complete professionals.
