The idea of a 'Buyers Agent' was foreign to us and the cost we thought questionable. However, we spoke to our selling agents and other who had used Matt Sharp's services, and we found his reputation and success rate admirable. He decided to put our trust in him and his team.We spoke to Matt on several occasions for approximately a month prior to signing up. Discussing our intentions of purchasing a particular style of home in a particular area, and our needs and wants. During this time Matt was extremely co operative, helpful and generous with his knowledge, experience and advice, without obligation.On sign up we met with him, discussed price, presented a detailed 'wish list' of what we did and didn't want and the areas we desired. Matt went to work on our list and 3 working days later, sent us a link to a home he felt meeted our requirements. We viewed the home 2 days late and loved it. The next day Matt put forward an offer on our behalf which was rejected. We wanted this house and were willing to offer more but Matt asked that we trust him. We held our breath and let him do his thing. His negotiation and communication skills are excellent, as he was able to secure the home for us at a very reasonable price. We believe Matt and the team saved us at least $50k on our purchase for which we are very grateful.We found Matt to be so easy to talk to, deal with and trust. He is a delightful young man, honest, open, trustworthy and knowledgeable and furthermore he loves his work. He knows the various markets and the value of properties within those markets and he works for his client.I truly believe Matt is one of the good guys of real estate. He believes in fairness. We would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

Matt and his team has been so helpful with my first investment property find. They have been so hands on with possibly the best communication throughout. All the steps are looked after, which works amazingly well with my busy schedule. Their expertise and analysis are excellent! We had an amazing experience working with Sharp Property Buyers. From day one, their communication was superb — always clear, prompt and transparent. We never felt out of the loop and every question we had was answered thoroughly and professionally. The team made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. Their knowledge, guidance and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence throughout the entire journey.
