We were trying to buy for quite some time and were constantly loosing out at auction which was incredibly soul destroying. We met Lauren from Rose & Jones on the off chance at yet another lost auction. We did the due diligence and also met another buyers agent to compare but we chose Lauren for her warm and personal approach. We really got the feeling she understood what we wanted and wanted to partner with us to find our dream home, not just a good deal. We were quite stuck with our criteria and so the search wasn't a quick one but Lauren was patient with us the entire search. In the end she did a cracking job at getting us into an AMAZING off market property before anyone else had seen it, thanks to her fantastic connections, and negotiated hard to get the deal done quickly and for an incredible price - she absolutely smashed it (we still cant quite believe it!). It was such a joy working with Lauren. Not only did she bag us our actual DREAM home but we learnt so much about property and the market in the process. We wouldn't think twice about using Lauren again in the future or recommending her to anyone else tired of loosing out at auctions. Lisa’s knowledge of the Sydney property market is exceptional and she guided me towards a fantastic 2-bedroom unit in a highly desirable location, all while ensuring I got a good price.
