I engaged Aife Raveche as my vendor advocate when selling my apartment and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Aife’s expertise and strategic advice were critical to the success of the sale. I can be controlling and this was the first time I allowed myself to be guided by the process and followed every recommendation. That decision paid off enormously. What really set Aife apart was the long term strategy we developed together. We revisited and tweaked the plan over an extended period to respond to changing market conditions, so that when the property finally went to market, it was done exactly right. Every option and approach was assessed on its merit, nothing was rushed or assumed. All aspects of the sales approach were covered, from recommending tradespeople and a stellar staging company, to running a thoughtful, unbiased and rigorous agent selection process. She kept all parties accountable, did the heavy lifting, and gave me the confidence to stay at arm’s length knowing everything was under control. Beyond her professional expertise, Aife also provided invaluable personal and emotional support throughout the process. She was always quick to respond, quick to implement, and left no stone unturned. Aife is professional, articulate, a true go-getter, with her finger firmly on the pulse. She works incredibly hard and acts with absolute integrity and professionalism. The strategy we formulated was a huge success, and not only the result but the process far exceeded my expectations. I would never sell without Aife and her team again despite once thinking I could do it all myself. The value of Aife’s service is immeasurable.

Aife and the Raveche team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Aife helped me get my first home with enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail that made the process much easier than it would've been without her. She answered every single question I had and helped manage numerous parties on my behalf so I wouldn't get stressed over details. Her property and suburb analyses helped me buy in an area that was safe, affordable and guaranteed to grow over time. I would highly recommend Raveche to anyone looking for a hand buying a home.

We recently hired Aife as our buyers agent, and were seriously impressed with the work she put in to help us find our dream home. We were looking to move somewhere rural/ semi rural and were looking in the Dandenong ranges/ Yarra valley. Aife was able to find multiple off market properties, provide detailed insight into potential issues around construction/ environmental factors and physically inspected the properties that we were interested in. Aife even got into the crawl spaces, uncovering things that you wouldn't see in a normal house inspection stating "I love me a good crawl space!" Aife provided a detailed video on every house she inspected and covered every thing from traffic noise to drainage. Once we locked in on a property Aife and Marquis gave us super detailed property reports, and did all the due diligence this was instrumental for the next step- Aife's negotiation skill. This shon through, we were able to get a $40k reduction on the price we were willing to pay!! Aife also connected us to an amazing conveyancer and building and pest inspector and once we picked the house she basically managed everything including organising inspections. For us buying our first home together, Raveche property took all the stress and unknowns out of the equation, they basically paid for them selves 3 times over and after being in our dream home for 2 weeks and looking out to the mountains listening to kookaburras when I have my morning coffee in the mornings, it still seems so surreal. I can't recommend Raveche enough, thanks Aife and Marquis, you guys made it all possible.
