Aife and the Raveche team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Aife helped me get my first home with enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail that made the process much easier than it would've been without her. She answered every single question I had and helped manage numerous parties on my behalf so I wouldn't get stressed over details. We recently hired Aife as our buyers agent, and were seriously impressed with the work she put in to help us find our dream home. We were looking to move somewhere rural/ semi rural and were looking in the Dandenong ranges/ Yarra valley. Aife was able to find multiple off market properties, provide detailed insight into potential issues around construction/ environmental factors and physically inspected the properties that we were interested in. Aife even got into the crawl spaces, uncovering things that you wouldn't see in a normal house inspection stating "I love me a good crawl space!" Aife provided a detailed video on every house she inspected and covered every thing from traffic noise to drainage. Once we locked in on a property Aife and Marquis gave us super detailed property reports, and did all the due diligence this was instrumental for the next step- Aife's negotiation skill. This shon through, we were able to get a $40k reduction on the price we were willing to pay!! Aife also connected us to an amazing conveyancer and building and pest inspector and once we picked the house she basically managed everything including organising inspections. For us buying our first home together, Raveche property took all the stress and unknowns out of the equation, they basically paid for them selves 3 times over and after being in our dream home for 2 weeks and looking out to the mountains listening to kookaburras when I have my morning coffee in the mornings, it still seems so surreal.
