I can highly recommend Miriam and her services. This was my first time using a Buyers Agent, and it was a great experience. My brief for her was a property for investment, capital growth focused, in Melbourne (meanwhile I'm from Sydney). She quickly found something that fit the brief, inspected and justified it as a selection, and had a strategy for how to get it under market price. She hustled to get in before other agents, to take it off market before auction, and worked with me to get in an offer with all the "subject to [finance/inspections/etc]" clauses that meant we could move quickly but still safely. When the deal finally went down I was Docusigning paperwork in a shopping mall on holidays in Singapore!Being from out of state, I had not met her nor inspected the property myself. She did an inspection of it, sent a lot of photos, and did a variety of assessments on it. She introduced me to members of her network, and helped me build a team around the deal: conveyancer, mortgage broker, property manager, building/pest inspector, insurance broker, depreciation valuer, etc. Everyone was sharp, reliable, and on the front footSettlement took place recently, and I'm very happy with how it all went. Now having experienced the full process, I can honestly say I felt she had my back at every step of the way. I was never one that was apprehensive about buying an IP without seeing it in person, so in a sense being out of state made it easier as I just let her do the leg work of inspections. Finally at pre-settlement inspection I was able to come down and meet her and see the place, and it was great.Ultimately you want someone who is dependable, who takes initiative, takes on your cause as if it is their own, and is nice to work with. Highly recommended!

Miriam worked so incredibly hard to help me sell my property. She chased, co-ordinated, cajoled and kept on going till the finish line. She basically was my guardian in what can be a notoriously difficult industry for an ordinary person. I think it's really down to her that I beat my projected sale price by 10%. Highly recommended.
