My wife and I had recently moved back to Newcastle for work. I knew of Tiron as he had previously bought properties for my mum and brother. I had a rough idea of where I wanted to look by after the first conversation with Tiron we were able to add a few extra suburbs into our search I hadn’t thought of. Tiron was great when inspecting houses for us, I went along with Tiron to a number of house inspections. And he would point out important things I had never really thought about before when looking at home. The negotiations for the house we purchased was quite a long process. So it was great having Tiron on our side keeping us calm and chatting to real estate on our behalf. Would 100% recommend Tiron to anyone looking for a home and wanting to feel confident they are getting a good buy.

Engaging Tiron to help us navigate the stress of securing a home, in what was an unfamiliar location, and a challenging market was the best decision we ever made. We had a very specific brief, and were on a strict timeline to find a home, as we had sold to purchase. Tiron secured us a property off market, well below our budget and exactly within the brief. Tiron has outstanding communication; he identified early on that we were the kind of clients that appreciate regular updates, and we were never left wondering. Without Tiron’s expertise, we would have in all likelihood invested in a property that was overpriced, and unsuitable for us.
