I hadn't used a Buyers' Agent before and didn’t know what to expect. Following a high recommendation from my son, I engaged Katherine’s services. From day 1, Katherine’s work ethic, professionalism and real estate expertise was exceptional. She was/is proactive, organised and with excellent knowledge of and contacts in the Adelaide property market. Her highly developed industry relationships contributed, I’m sure, to success of the property search. Katherine immediately intuited exactly what I wanted and was transparent and honest in her recommendations and strategising approach. She remained my sounding board during the search, negotiation and bidding process and was exceptionally responsive to all communication and requests which inspired confidence. Additionally, Katherine’s service continued after purchase with conveyancing assistance and also beyond settlement date. She assisted in sourcing tradespersons (I wanted to make some changes to the property prior to moving in) and arranged and managed access to the property. Katherine’s willingness to accommodate my and the tradespersons' time constraints was exceptional. Her assistance was well over and above that normally expected from a real estate professional and was of immeasurable help given I was purchasing from interstate. Nothing was a problem or too much trouble and all was done with understanding and good humour. I have bought and sold real estate over a 35 year period and in many Australian states and Katherine is easily (exponentially easily) the best real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend Katherine’s services.

My first time using a buyers agent, and I highly recommend National Property Buyers. Kate was fantastic, she listened to my needs and understood what i was looking for, even when my wish list changed a few times. Kate was able to negotiate and secure a property quickly, it took the stress out of the buying process.

Fantastic experience with National Property Buyers. They made the interstate purchase process incredibly easy and provided excellent advice and guidance throughout. Katherine and the team were fantastic to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and always helpful. I’d highly recommend them and would happily use their services again.
