As a first-time buyer, engaging Victoria was the best decision I could have made. Without her I would not have the amazing home I have enjoyed for the past two years. Each step of the way was explained clearly and gave me confidence, with time made for my questions. After working with me to find the right place, Victoria found that an offer was going down on my top pick that day! Once I gave the go ahead, Vic worked smart and fast, while not being pushy. A private viewing was organised, got a solicitor on board, read the strata report and contacted her network to gather information on appropriate pricing and of any red flags about the property. Within hours we had the best information to bid. I think this is a rare situation, but it proves Victoria moves quickly and effectively. This was invaluable, especially as a first time-buyer. I would not have been prepared to make the decisions I made without the information and confidence that Victoria provided. We ended up in a competitive buying scenario, and Victoria guided me through it calmly and we took it through for the win! I still can’t recommend engaging her enough! Working with Victoria to buy our new house was a great experience. In a market where there wasn’t much available Victoria always had access to properties before they came onto the market so we were one of the first people to see new places. She worked incredibly hard to look at everything available, always listened to what we did and didn’t like, and didn’t try to force us into a purchase that we weren’t keen on. When we did find a house we loved she negotiated hard and we ended up getting a price we were happy with (and wouldn’t have got ourselves). Victoria is lovely to deal with and we always felt super supported through what is a very stressful process. I highly recommend Victoria’s services and would definitely engage her again or recommend her to family and friends.

Victoria completely transformed what had been a frustrating and time-consuming search into a smooth and efficient process. We were looking for an investment property for our daughter near UTS and kept running into issues with high strata costs and limited inspection times. Victoria took over the search, broadened our options to better-value areas, and carried out very thorough due diligence, guiding us away from a property with some significant concerns. She then secured a fantastic two-bedroom apartment in an ideal location prior to auction, within our budget and on excellent terms. Her market knowledge, attention to detail and strong negotiation skills were outstanding. We’re absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend Victoria to anyone looking for a professional and highly capable buyer’s agent.
