When my wife and I decided in March that we wanted to move to Sydney, we asked Victoria to help us find a property that we could buy in the Eastern Suburbs. The result was that we succeeded last week in exchanging contracts on a most beautiful flat in Bellevue Hill which ticked every one of our boxes. Victoria worked tirelessly to bring us to this highly successful conclusion, sending us, in daily emails, information on properties for sale within our spec and our budget, reports on her immediate inspections of the ones we’d expressed an interest in, her carefully researched assessments of any developers and builders involved in the projects, her feedback on her negotiations with vendors’ agents and any relevant more general market updates. Then, when we decided on the flat that we wanted to buy and flew out to Sydney in order to seal the deal, Victoria provided vital assistance in bringing the (complicated) negotiations to a happy ending. To say that she has been highly professional would be a serious understatement. Her service from beginning to end has been impeccable. And, more than that, she has always been a delight to deal with, helpful, positive and cheerful, turning what might otherwise have been a stressful experience into a highly enjoyable one. We cannot recommend her too highly.

Working with Victoria to buy our new house was a great experience. In a market where there wasn’t much available Victoria always had access to properties before they came onto the market so we were one of the first people to see new places. She worked incredibly hard to look at everything available, always listened to what we did and didn’t like, and didn’t try to force us into a purchase that we weren’t keen on. When we did find a house we loved she negotiated hard and we ended up getting a price we were happy with (and wouldn’t have got ourselves). Victoria is lovely to deal with and we always felt super supported through what is a very stressful process. I highly recommend Victoria’s services and would definitely engage her again or recommend her to family and friends.
