We have known Paul since 2014 when we first engaged his services for our first property in Adelaide. This time round, we needed his help to find a good and investable unit in Sydney for our girls as my husband and I are now based overseas. Paul has vast amount of experience both in SA and NSW and we were very comfortable having him search and identify a suitable unit with a fair price in the current market condition. Adam, his son has now joined the family business and with his research work, we were able to save a lot of time and stress looking around on our own. We managed to secure an ideal unit within a short space of time and with Paul's negotiation skills, we were able to obtain the property at a good price, and his fees pay for itself through the savings we got from the asking price. In addition, Paul has also patiently explained and guided us on each elimination from our short-listed properties and gave us comprehensive explanations on why he thinks when a unit is unsuitable. Paul and his team have always been very professional and have always acted in our best interest and continue to do so even after the end of his services. We would definitely recommend him and his team to our friends & families.

Paul and Adam were extremely helpful in our journey to secure our home. They were able to negotiate and secure a nice home for us for a good price, handled the process with the selling agent professionally and thoughtfully.
