My partner and I were looking to upgrade our home in April 2025. We opted to work with a buyers agent this time around due to negative experiences dealing with sales agents. We were so glad that we made this decision! From the very beginning, Kristan Johnson was very upfront about his fees and the scope of his service. He did not pressure us to make any decisions. In fact, he encouraged us to think about various service options carefully, so that all of our decisions were informed ones. In the end, we decided to go with his negotiation service option. From Day 1, it was clear that Kristan was determined to ensure that we secured our ideal property. His responses were prompt. Most of our questions were answered within 24 hours. He kept us informed about his negotiation strategies for each property at every step. Unfortunately, we missed out on the first two properties that we liked. We inspected the first property too late, as it was on the market for many weeks and was sold a few hours after our inspection. The owner of the second property changed her mind about selling, and instead, chose to rent it out. In May 2025, we inspected a beautifully renovated and well-presented 4-bedder in one of the Eastern Suburbs. We loved everything about this home, but thought that it might be slightly above our budget. Kristan did not waste any second, gathering relevant details about this property. He was then able to masterfully navigate a challenging negotiation process with a very indecisive vendor and difficult sales agent. In the end, he was able to secure us this home at a price within our budget. Overall, our experience working with Kristan was fantastic. We honestly couldn’t have bought this home without his help and input along the way. The process could be described as relatively stress-free, particularly when considering our previous experiences. We felt that his promises were delivered. In fact, he went above and beyond on several occasions. We would definitely recommend Kristan and his team at Johnson Property Co to anyone, especially those who are time-poor like us!

Ben and Kristan were exceptional for helping us find the perfect property. They genuinely cared about the places they were showing us, and knew all the small details that we were and weren't looking for With us having no idea what we'd be in for, they were the amazing for answering all our questions and concerns, and walking us through every scenario possible They were even more help with bidding and winning at auction on our behalf, which would have been very overwhelming if we were doing it ourselves

Kristan and Ben were without a doubt the reason we were able to purchase our first property and secure the price we did. They guided us through every step of the process, empowered us to have full control at every step and supported us through all the emotions along the way. So much of the stress was taken away and we were able to focus on choosing the home that was right for us. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
