Empire Buyers Agents provides personalised, buyer-only property support tailored to each client’s goals, budget, lifestyle and circumstances. Our services include property strategy, suburb and market research, on-market and off-market property searches, property assessment, due diligence, inspections, price appraisal, negotiation, auction bidding and settlement support.

Founders Natalina and Andrew Di Pietro each bring 20 years of firsthand experience buying, renovating, building and investing in property across different markets and property cycles. This practical experience complements our professional buyer’s agent expertise and helps clients make informed decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

As an REIQ accredited buyer’s agency, we work exclusively for buyers, not selling agents or developers. What makes us different is our honest, research-led and highly personalised approach. We represent home buyers, investors, first-home buyers, interstate purchasers, relocating families, SMSF buyers and overseas clients across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW.

We had an outstanding experience with Empire Buyers Agents. From the very beginning, Natalina took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and genuinely listened to our brief.
