Henry is the best possible buyer's agent that we could have chosen. He works above and beyond other buyer's agents and we highly recommend him. He helped us purchase an amazing property at the best possible price in a difficult market. This is due to his very hard work, relationships with real estate agents, strong negotiation skills/strategies, experience and adaptability in changing market conditions. He attends all inspections himself, including auctions and inspections for similar properties for his research and negotiation strategy. Henry has been attentive to our requirements and honest about the pros and cons with each property. He gave us advice about the potential repairs required and called up the council on our behalf. This helped us make an informed decision about whether to purchase the property or not. He helped us every step of the way during our property search and even inspected our property again before settlement (even though it was his 'day off'). Thanks again!

We found Homesearch solutions after a detailed online search of Buyer's agents in Sydney, as we were struggling to buy our first home in a crazy property market juggling very busy working lives. We could not have been happier with Henry's service, which was exceptional for its professionalism and responsiveness. Henry has a detailed and probably unrivalled understanding of the Sydney market, clearly borne out of many years of experience. His service was invaluable to us as expats and busy working professionals. Fees are also extremely competitive. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone considering using a Buyer's agent in Sydney.

Henry was absolutely incredible to work with! We couldn't have bought our place with the speed and confidence that we did without him. Being first time property buyers in the Sydney market is intimidating and confusing, but Henry guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Henry was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful on all the places that he inspected for us and gave us a thorough run down of the pros and cons of each place. We were astounded with the speed in which he replied to our queries and made the time to go and inspect places for us. He assisted us in our negotiations and helped explain the process every step of the way. We are so grateful to Henry for all his work and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to hire him again on our next property search!
