Less than 2 months ago we made the decision to investigate buying an investment property in Newcastle, with a view to housing our children over the coming years while they are studying at university. Some Googling lead us to Dean and it was the best decision ever. From our first interaction, Dean was warm, knowledgeable and confident we could find a property in our (kind of left it quite late, somewhat silly!) timeframe. Within days a WhatsApp chat was set up and we were off and running with Dean sending suggested properties and providing detailed feedback on ones we threw at him. We had two visits to Newcastle to view properties with an open-house agenda set by Dean. He literally knows everyone - every real estate agent, auctioneer and other buyers agents in town! His valuable insight meant we were able to finesse our wishlist, target the areas we needed to focus on and incredibly, get a result within a very tight deadline. His experience with auction bidding strategies meant we were successful but more importantly, we went to auction confident that the home and the area we were purchasing were a great investment. Couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks heaps Dean.

Dean assisted us in securing our first home by bidding for us at auction, and we couldn't be happier! He was a clever, strategic bidder and it was pretty enjoyable watching him at work. He was able to read the crowd, take charge of the auction and—despite a bit of competition—successfully secure the winning bid. He also made the process of signing contracts easier. It was nice to have a professional in our corner during that process. I would definitely recommend Dean's services as a Buyers Advocate.
