Jack from Buyer X was excellent to work with from start to finish. He first acted as our buyer’s advocate, helping secure a great property, and then supported us again as a vendor advocate when we sold our home. Before working with Jack, we were searching for properties ourselves. We quickly realised that having an expert guide us through the process made all the difference. It was incredibly reassuring to have Jack’s experience on our side (especially when buying a home is stressful enough). The due diligence, detailed reports, and honest advice gave us confidence that we were making informed decisions and not overpaying for a home. Jack was exceptionally responsive throughout the entire process (seriously, I’m not convinced he ever takes a day off). It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us find the right property and wasn’t willing to settle for anything less than a great outcome. His knowledge of the areas we were searching in saved us countless hours and helped us avoid a lot of unnecessary stress. Just as importantly, he was a pleasure to deal with. I was almost a little disappointed when we finally secured a property because it meant our regular chats were coming to an end. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will absolutely be using Jack for any future property purchases. I’ve already been recommending him & Buyer X to anyone looking to buy a home.
