He first acted as our buyer’s advocate, helping secure a great property, and then supported us again as a vendor advocate when we sold our home. Nuno and Nicola were incredible and we couldn't have done this without them. We went into this process as complete novices, with a strict budget and a very specific area we wanted to live in. Our budget was at the lower end of what was realistic for that area, and every other buyers agent we spoke to told us to widen our search - smaller properties, cheaper suburbs. Nuno was the only one who told us we didn't need to take a stand-alone house off the table. He was right. Thanks to Nuno and his team, we ended up with everything we wanted, and we still can't quite believe our luck. It wouldn't have happened without him. His depth of knowledge and experience let us move quickly and confidently, and consider every angle of a purchase through his and Nicola's educated eyes. They were endlessly patient with our questions and never once made us feel silly for asking. We didn't just end up with the house of our dreams in a beautiful neighbourhood — we learned so much along the way. There's a lot of talk online about how you don't need a buyers agent, and sure, technically you can go it alone. But working with Nuno and Nicola gave us real confidence that we were making the right calls, paying the right price, and understanding every part of the process. It's the best money we've spent throughout the entire journey. They were professional, experienced, kind, supportive, and willing to educate and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We'd recommend them to anyone, and would work with them again in a heartbeat - though we don't plan on moving anytime soon ;).
