We arrived from abroad after Covid and it was an extremely difficult time to find a good home. Prices had gone crazy during the pandemic; houses and land like we were hoping to buy were in short supply. We were not in present in the area when we first contacted Michael so the first discussions and visits were done by him alone. Michael went out of his way to visit houses for us, it was not an easy task for him as not only were they so few houses on the market, but also we had some points we did not want to compromise on. Michael was extremely patient and always listened to what we had to say or wanted and was extremely professional from day 1 until we finally found our new home. He was always friendly and reachable anytime we needed.We can definitely say that without Michael’s expertise we would not have found our new home and might still be looking for a place to live in.We can warmly recommend Michael to anyone that is looking for a buyer advocate that is not only going to go out of his way to find a home but that will also always be present for any questions or worries its client might have.

Highly recommend The Advocates. Michael's experience is second to none and we felt confident in the thorough approach taken to assess the suitability of the property including risks and benefits for our individual needs. Michael was very generous with his time particularly when negotiations took place over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Expert negotiation skills landed us our forever home and we will always be grateful!

We found the perfect property, I didn’t want to lose the sale and with out Michael from The Advocates, I would have paid more than I needed to. His experience in negotiating a purchase price definitely saved me thousands of dollars and I was never left wondering if I paid too much.
