We bought interstate and genuinely could not have done it without Jason and Jim at That Street Buyers Agent. From day one, they turned what could have been a chaotic, stressful process into something structured, calm, and surprisingly enjoyable. As interstate buyers, logistics were no joke. Entire inspection days had to be stacked back-to-back (sometimes up to seven houses in one day!), and Jim did an incredible amount of behind-the-scenes heavy lifting to make that happen seamlessly. The Monday.com boards were also a game changer - clear, organised, and gave us complete visibility into where everything sat at every stage. Whenever we flew in, Jason would meet us, drive us between inspections, and those in-between car conversations became invaluable. We’d debrief each property in real time, recalibrate, and sense-check our reactions before moving onto the next one. What we appreciated most was Jason’s ability to anchor us. There were definitely moments where we could have become emotional buyers or rushed into “anything” just to feel like we were progressing - but he consistently brought us back to our brief, helping us assess value objectively and stay focused on the long game. Jim and Jason provided impeccable end-to-end support, answering every question (even the small and repetitive ones) with patience, teaching us along the way, and easing the decision fatigue that comes with buying a home. Honestly, we can’t imagine going through this process without them. After spending so long searching, Jason gave me the confidence to finally secure my first property. I can't thank him enough for taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guiding me through what felt like completely unfamiliar territory. How can I explain just how great it is to work with Jason? Maybe this: even though he helped us buy our dream house, I'm a little sad we won't be out visiting properties together every weekend anymore. Jason is an expert at what he does. He knows the market inside out, he's well connected with sellers' agents across the city, and he's kind, honest, and genuinely invested in his clients. He was right there with us the time we lost a house at auction. And when we won an even better one, it felt like a shared victory. I can't recommend Jason highly enough to anyone looking to buy a home in Melbourne.
