We honestly cannot recommend Ash Hermiz enough. We’ve worked with Ash for about two years, and throughout the entire journey, from the early planning stages to purchasing our home and everything since, he has been an incredible support. What stood out most was how genuinely invested he was in helping us make the right decisions. He was always available to answer questions, explain things clearly, and guide us through what can be a pretty overwhelming process. He was also incredibly flexible with his time, often making himself available outside of normal business hours to help us when we needed it. It’s something he never had to do, but it made a huge difference to us and speaks volumes about the level of service he provides. Even after settlement, Ash has continued to check in, review our loan, and help us find opportunities to improve our position, particularly during the uncertainty of rising interest rates. He genuinely cares about his clients long after the paperwork is signed. One thing we especially appreciated was his honesty. During the purchasing process, he took the time to make sure we were borrowing an amount we felt comfortable with, rather than simply what the bank was willing to lend us.
