Words can’t begin to describe how amazing it was working with Josh and Michael on our recent purchase. We’d had a couple of stressful encounters ‘going it alone’ before we engaged Josh (who came highly recommended) and it was a decision we wish we’d made sooner!! With their help and advice we secured a property that we’d previously assumed we’d never be able to afford and managed to turn it around in record time which was a big relief given we have a baby on the way.In terms of the process, Josh literally does all the leg-work for you with initial viewings (in most cases getting in before the property is even on the market) and he really works with you to understand exactly the type of place you are looking for. He sends detailed videos and is super responsive with regular updates and feedback. In some cases he returned to properties multiple times to get different angles for us when we were curious about specific attributes and even called us on FaceTime so we could join from wherever we were at the time!! This was hugely helpful when it came to planning which properties we would schedule to view when we had time on a Saturday as we’d already been able to rule out anything that wasn’t quite what we expected based on the viewings Josh had undertaken.Once there is a place you are interested in then the value of working with this team really shines through. Josh and Michael share genuine market value advice with extra insights to help with the offer strategy (which really does extend way beyond the price) and negotiation which takes a lot of the stress out of the process. They keep you deeply informed every step of the way and even help with detailed guidance in the process once contracts are exchanged.I’ve already recommended Josh to a couple of close friends and colleagues who are looking to move in the near future and wouldn’t hesitate to sing their praises to anyone else who wanted to know more. As I said, our biggest regret is not signing them up sooner.

We were searching for ages before deciding to go with Strand. Within 10days of deciding to go with them, we had purchased our dream property, and have now got our Saturday’s back. Josh and the team were unbelievably helpful, answering all our questions at whatever time we asked them. They handled all aspects of the negotiations and presented so many properties within our criteria that we would have otherwise not have access to. Would definitely recommend their whole team to anyone who’s on the fence as to whether a buyers agent is a good idea.

Josh and Michael did exactly what they said they would. They found us a house off market, in our exact desired location on the beaches, for a good price. They clearly know the industry inside out and were invaluable picking up on property issues and pointing out benefits we wouldn’t have noticed. We were also looking for a good investment and their expertise on what would resell and appreciate was top tier. I’m writing this review 5 months after purchase and we still feel like we made a great buy… would’ve been lost without them. We looked at a lot of buyers agents on the beaches and we are so happy we went with them. They’re worth every cent, and definitely saved us money overall. Not to mention the after care and ongoing advice!!
