We worked closely with Michelle Lee to sell our house and to purchase a new home. The experience we had was excellent. Michelle was attentive, supportive and very clear in her communication with us throughout both processes. Michelle has extensive knowledge and connections in the Victorian property market, and this was obvious both through the guidance she provided, and the sheer number of agents she knew across our attendance at open homes across the south and north of Melbourne.As a seller’s advocate, Michelle identified what we were wanting to do and sourced quotes from excellent agents. When we asked for third quote, Michelle sought out the quote and, when we chose our agent, she negotiated all of the dealings with the agent. This meant that the only contact we had with the agents was receiving their congratulations when we sold the property. Throughout the sale negotiation process, Michelle managed all of the dealings with the agent and secured us the best price. Right down to the exchange of the keys, the process was seamless.As a buyer’s advocate, Michelle worked tirelessly with us to secure the right property. As part of this work, Michelle was in regular contact with us, providing updates on the market, and accompanied us to many open houses until we found our home. After we found the home, we wanted to buy, Michelle again managed all the dealings with the agent and secured us the best price. The process was as smooth as it was in selling our house.Michelle is a delight to work with. She goes the extra mile in supporting her clients during the selling and buying process and spent a lot of time with us providing guidance on every step of the process––from when to sell, how to present our home, selling, searching for a new home, and the long-term investment considerations when purchasing a new home. The experience was both educational and effortless. We highly recommend engaging Michelle when selling your house and buying your next home.

We loved working with Carly and Michelle. Their market knowledge, connections and insights were invaluable when purchasing our home in what was a very difficult market. They really looked after us and gave us the confidence to make the right decisions throughout the process. They can take the load and go inspect properties for you which cuts down the time you have to spend on the search. By them doing that leg work for us they found us a property we wouldn't have even gone to inspect, but we're so glad they did - it's perfect! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Her attention to detail and dedication to helping me find the right place were well beyond what I would have ever expected. I’m so glad I found Carly.
