We had been searching for a long time to find the right waterfront home in Palm Beach / Whale Beach, and found it very difficult to make a decision. Choosing Sarah Kaye & Co. as our Northern Beaches buyers agent was the best decision for our family. We already own a property on the North Shore, and we selected them because they are a leading buyers agent across both the North Shore and Northern Beaches. Their strong experience helping North Shore owners secure properties on the Northern Beaches made the whole transition seamless, and they truly understood the journey and the type of property and lifestyle we were looking for. The Sarah Kaye & Co. team were patient, professional and very knowledgeable throughout the process. Sarah, Mike and the wider team found us a stunning waterfront property on the Whale Beach cliffs with magnificent water views. What impressed us most was their strategic advice — they looked not only at the home for today but also for the future, identifying strong development potential based on neighbouring approved builds closer to the cliff line, which is very rare in this area. They acted very quickly when the property became available, communicated directly with the agent, negotiated strongly against other interested buyers and successfully secured the property for us. We are extremely happy and very grateful for their guidance and support. I have worked with quite a few agents, but Sarah Kaye & Co are among the very few who consistently request technical pool inspections before their clients’ make a purchase decision. They leave nothing to chance. Their attention to detail and commitment to protecting their clients' interests are impressive, to say the leaset. It’s always a pleasure working with such thorough professionals and I cannot recommend Sarah Kaye highly enough!
