We engaged Right Property Group (RPG) to expand our property portfolio and could not recommend them more highly. We have been really happy with the service from start to finish. From the Director Steve Waters down, including Michelle, Glen and Craig, everyone has been really helpful and more than happy to answer any questions and be available. I was actually most impressed with Steve at the end of last year - We were having a conversation about the next steps in terms of buying an investment property and I was really unsure about how 2018 would pan out in terms of where we would be living and jobs etc. Steve was great at just saying, "look, you have a lot on your plate, come back to this in a few months time when things have settled and you know where you are heading," There was no pressure to buy; none of that FOMO you get from the property sprukers. RPG also referred us to a fantastic mortgage broker who untangled a few cross-colloratised loans and helped refinance the properties we already had so we could get cash out for the next purchase. We have just gone unconditional on a property that RPG located for us and based on how smooth the process has been, we will be looking to go again soon after and hopefully many more to come.UPDATE - 1/12/21 - We just purchased another property with Right Property Group that has subdivision potential and was rented from day one at the upper recommended range (rental income hit our account on the day of settlement). Jarrod, Craig, Michelle and Steve have helped with another great purchase that no doubt will help us secure our financial future.In relation to the property I mentioned 3 years ago above, it has seen fantastic growth, going from $340K purchase price to a recent valuation of $500K in just over 3 years and is cash flow positive circa $3500 annually pre tax. These guys are true professionals and truly care about going the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I’ve been working with Right Property Group for over 10 years in the residential space, and recently settled on my very first commercial property with their help.
