Worth every cent! Ready Set Buy were professional, objective, helpful, patient, personable and had excellent communication. We will absolutely be re-engaging them and recommending them to our friends and family. We felt mentored and valued through the whole processes. It didn't feel like Tome was just working with us for a quick sale. He invested considerable time ensuring he understood what we were looking for and that we understood the process, the pros and cons of each property and was objective in his advice. As first time property buyers we felt supported. He looked at properties all over Australia that met our requirements, linked us up with an independent broker, solicitor, and a property manager. He supported us by coordinating all of these businesses; organising a building and pest inspection, a property walk through, and supported us renegotiating the contract for sale. Finally, to celebrate our first purchase Ready Set Buy sent us an incredibly thoughtful hamper. For us, it was symbolic of the personal touch they had throughout the whole journey. We had an outstanding experience working with Tome as our buyers agent. He truly takes the time to understand exactly what you need, and when our requirements shifted (more than once!), he adapted effortlessly. His patience is incredible, and his level of due diligence is honestly second to none. Another thing we really appreciated was how quick and responsive he was, we never felt left waiting or unsure of what was happening. He kept us fully updated and always made time for our questions. Tome focuses on making sure the right property, at the right price, is secured. He’s not afraid to walk away from a deal if it’s not in your best interest. We are definitely not the easiest clients with our demands, but Tome took everything in stride and still managed to find us another absolute gem. He genuinely lives and breathes what he does, and he’s completely committed to getting the best outcome for his clients. Tome is an exceptional buyer’s agent who I’ll gladly work with again when the next opportunity arises! Having had little experience with property purchases beforehand, Tome guided me through every step of the process - from understanding our specific needs and requirements to promptly answering every question I had (no matter how small, and often after hours... I’m still not sure he sleeps!). He quickly identified a property that matched our exact criteria and secured the deal in an impressively short timeframe — and in our favour. Even after settlement, he went above and beyond, arranging for minor issues identified in the building and pest report to be fixed at a discount.
