Very smooth experience from Shan side. Highly recommended. Patiently working through all the process and was always available despite some hiccups in the process. He also introduced all relevant parties, conveyancer, property manager, etc, and negotiates on behalf of buyer (buyer still has 100% control) which makes the process easier and fits perfectly for those with busy schedule.
