SEE FINAL POST AT BOTTOM17/6/18 Very poor communication. Have been in rental for one month and have difficulty getting responses to agreed upon expectations. Would not advise using this management as it stands. I would say that once we began communicating with J, the interactions were much more successful. There were regular updates.Yes, it would have been better if all items had been completed before now, (in the rental 5 months now) but we were willing to continue patiently as long as communication was open, clear, and responsive as to expectations and progress.Looking forward to our stay.....

In November 2025 I started working with Jenny and Kylie from Property Solutions 101 to find me a forever home. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and I came away feeling I'd been listened to. When I was unavailable for the final inspection on settlement day, they even stepped into the breach and completed that for me. One tip I'd have done better from my side is shared more of me up front. It would have made their job significantly easier. Thanks, Geoff

A fantastic service - I booked a 1 hour 'negotiation skills' consultation with Kylie who could not have been more helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Her advice was tailored specifically to my situation with follow-up calls beyond the original hour that supported me to negotiate confidently on a property. I highly recommend booking this service with Kylie.
