SEE FINAL POST AT BOTTOM17/6/18 Very poor communication. Have been in rental for one month and have difficulty getting responses to agreed upon expectations. Would not advise using this management as it stands. I would say that once we began communicating with J, the interactions were much more successful. There were regular updates.Yes, it would have been better if all items had been completed before now, (in the rental 5 months now) but we were willing to continue patiently as long as communication was open, clear, and responsive as to expectations and progress.Looking forward to our stay.....

Kylie and Jenny are without a doubt the best at their craft, they simplify the entire process from inspecting countless properties through to when we finally got the keys to our new house. They understand and execute to perfection and most importantly their communication and care is top class. The only way we would buy a property is through them. Thank you Kylie and Jenny for everything.

We used Property Solutions 101 to purchase an investment property in our super fund and are absolutely thrilled with the result. Kylie and Jenny’s service is truly outstanding. We were amazed at how quickly everything came together, and the ongoing support after purchase has been fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Property Solutions 101.
