Property Pursuit helped us purchase our first home many years ago. Returning to Brisbane after a long stint interstate, we decided to engage their services again, and were not disappointed! Working with Nicola Buck, we quickly developed a strong trust with and valuable working relationship. At first we were concerned about the cost of using a Buyers Advocate service, but throughout the process, we quickly came to see the value - especially when buying from interstate. The team were able to get to inspections that we wouldn’t have been able to make. They also have a strong network and solid reputation, so we were introduced to several off-market properties that enhanced our search. Being able to act quickly and decisively definitely worked in our favour. Nicola was able to bid at an auction and negotiate with realestate agents for us, reducing any stress and anxiety dramatically! When we found ‘the one’, Nicola walked us through every step of the purchase, helping with solicitor liaison and making sure we didn’t let anything slip through the cracks. Even the recommendations for trusted trades and building and pest inspections made things so much easier. Above all, we valued the incredible knowledge, communication and patience of the team. We’re pleased to say that once again, Property Pursuit have surprised and delighted us!

Over a period of months, Meighan, Dimity, Nathan and the team supported us through every stage of the process - leveraging their strong network and doing extensive legwork to find and inspect countless properties, and educating us on the market and the purchase process. They handled the due diligence thoroughly, liaised seamlessly with other professionals, and were incredibly responsive and available. As interstate buyers relocating our family, we particularly appreciated Dimity’s persistence, patience, and professionalism, which ultimately helped us to secure a real gem off-market. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. An invaluable partner during what could have been a very stressful move.

We recently purchased a property through Property Pursuit and Nicola Buck, and we could not be happier with the outcome. The process was made smooth and successful thanks to Nicola’s expertise and guidance, especially once we identified the right property. She offered invaluable feedback that gave us the confidence to stretch our budget, helping us recognize that it was unlikely we would find another property like this one quickly. She was a gun at the auction and purchased the property with 19 other bidders on the day. I believe without Nicola and Property Pursuit, we would still be searching for the perfect home. We are extremely happy with our purchase and grateful for the professional support we received throughout the journey. We will be using Nicola services in the future without hesitation.
