Overall it’s been a fantastic experience working with Michael & his team at Propell Property, as our buyer’s agent.The whole team, Michael, Ryan (he has since moved on), Jayden are not only incredibly knowledgeable, they have great industry contacts through which they are able to source great deals, to best fit your individual requirements. What also stood out in course of time is their personal touch, being always approachable and available for a discussion and no questions were too hard or too many. Being first timers, this also helped us learn a lot in the process.Another thing that stood out for us is things moved incredibly fast. Personally I love this I.e. make a decision and move forward with a good team. In Propell we had a great partner in addition to our builder and my personal banker. Propell Team did an excellent job coordinating most of the things, especially as Maria and I both have extremely busy schedules.No project journey is ever perfect, especially when working across multiple new teams and remote. We had a few moments as well. But as I said above, Propell Team is extremely responsive. We were able to get on a call, agree on plan of action and then they just execute - at tremendous speed. There were many great moments as well and plenty of laughs had, friendships formed. Jayden love your site visits, selfies and videos. Jokes aside, this is another USP of Propell. They were our eyes and ears on the ground, visiting site every few weeks, providing regular, personalised updates and really walking the talk of being on the journey together.Michael, mate I have no hesitation in recommending you and your team. Michael, Cuan and Jayden have always been available when I call or message, and they respond quickly every time. Kobe was prompt in sending me videos of the property during the construction phase which was awesome.
