We became interested in purchasing in the area during one of our holiday trips. Being a 4-hour drive away from the area, we met with Matt on two subsequent trips where he explained the whole process, the local market and how it was changing, what to expect, how to be prepared and what we would need to do to proceed with a purchase in a fast-paced and rapidly changing market. Thank you Matt Knight of Precium for an outstanding experience from start to finish! During a recent house purchase Matt went above and beyond to make the entire research, negotiation and purchase process smooth, stress-free and 'almost' enjoyable! 😅 Matt was proactive, responsive, patient and transparent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way and offering honest advice. What really stood out was Matt’s attention to detail and the subtle way (imperceptible really) that he came to understand what it was that I was looking for in my next home. I was stunned at our first meeting when he articulated to me his understanding of what I was looking for - I couldnt have described it so accurately or succinctly myself. Matt was exceptional to work with! Reliable, efficient and so knowledgeable. He had a tricky brief with us and managed to secure a property in a short time frame beyond our expectations. As first home buyers (my husband and I) we really appreciated the guidance and then in addition buying with my parents (who hadn’t brought in over 20 years) there was a lot of people to negotiate with. On top of that the knowledge of the Wollongong market was so valuable and helpful in securing us a new family home that I am sure we will all enjoy for many years to come. Thanks again Matt!
