We became interested in purchasing in the area during one of our holiday trips. Being a 4-hour drive away from the area, we met with Matt on two subsequent trips where he explained the whole process, the local market and how it was changing, what to expect, how to be prepared and what we would need to do to proceed with a purchase in a fast-paced and rapidly changing market. Matt has been absolutely amazing to work with. He really took the time to understand our needs and wants, which went beyond the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. We also really valued his understanding of the local area and ability to scope out houses. This was crucial as we are interstate and did not have the time to spend weeks and months visiting open houses and understand the market. Matt also found the perfect house by using his connections to identify a property before it was even listed on the market, and negotiated a great price for us. Finally, Matt has continued to be incredibly helpful post exchange and settlement. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt or working with him again.
