I recently had the opportunity to work alongside Michael on a mutual client purchase and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. Michael's communication was clear, proactive and professional throughout the entire process. His previous construction background brings a level of practical knowledge and insight that adds real value when assessing opportunities and supporting clients through the purchasing process. What stood out most was his willingness to help wherever he could. As is often the case in finance, we had a lender request updated rental estimates multiple times throughout the application process. Each time, Michael got straight onto it, kept things moving and managed to see the funny side of the situation rather than getting frustrated by the back and forth. It's always refreshing to work with someone who is solutions-focused, easy to deal with and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for the client. Michael has been an absolutely blessing in helping us find our forever family home!! His knowledge on the Illawarra area and connections came in very handy when we were looking at properties, as did his building experience. Having him walk alongside us through the properties and be able to point out things we should or shouldn't worry about, possible renovation solutions and scope of work ... Amazingly valuable as someone who does not have this skill set. He always kept up clear communication with us and let us know what was going on, and was so friendly and personable to work with and never pushy. I would recommend him to anyone, we would quite literally not have our dream family home without him and the off market opportunity he scouted for us!

As a conveyancer, I deal with buyers agents all the time. Most don't take the time to properly understand the client & do the proper due diligence to make sure the property isn't a 'lemon' - Michael does. Great communication throughout the process and my clients were very happy with his skill and service. I will not hesitate to recommend Michael to my clients.
