A couple of years ago, I was seeking out information about using a buyers agent. Henry was very helpful, informative and generous with his time to allow us to understand how engaging with a buyers agent can assist in our home buying journey when we became ready. After two years of getting ourselves ready with finances, market information, and our own property buying brief, we sought out a few buyers agents to understand how they could assist us with this big step. Many of the agents, didn't listen to our needs, were telling us what we could do and should do, and on paper offered much of the same services and strategies with finding the right property. We chose Henry and his team, because they had listened to our needs, respected boundaries with communication and follow up and paid attention to what was important for us in a property given we were aiming for a very competitive price range in a very competitive area. Once we began working together, this June I didn't have a lot of hope, due to the time of year and lack of listings on or even off market. But, once we saw one or two properties, we felt like we were getting closer, and by August we found one that suited our needs as a small family. The whole process from reviewing the contract, strata report and all the due diligence right through to the auction, negotiation and now settlement, we have been guided with confidence, professionalism and clarity by the Pivot team.The overall benefits received by enlisting this qualified team to use their experience with negotiations, relationships with sales agents, strata specialists, builders and understanding the perspective of the vendors has been extremely valuable to our busy working schedules and stress levels as first time home buyers.We felt confident, well researched and ready to purchase when we did. We achieved an amazing result at auction, where we paid less than we would have if we had done this on our own. We are extremely pleased with the result and highly recommend Pivot Property Buyers for anyone entering the property market.

Pivot Property Buyers provided outstanding service in realising our Coogee property purchase. They are a tight and professional group of very skilled people. Henry initiated our searching journey with clarity and direction, James did the hard yards of sourcing and presenting properties to our brief on a frequent basis, Sam did a great job on the auction floor representing our best interests, and Elise provided the most helpful closing of loose ends after our purchase.
