My partner and I spent a month trying to find our first property in Adelaide on our own. It quickly became overwhelming! Learning real estate terminology on the fly, navigating agent “strategies,” understanding auctions, and trying to make sense of all the different options, etc etc 😵‍💫 Then we came across Peach Property through an IG ad, and we decided to give them a try. The difference was immediate. It felt like having a team of experts working alongside us, even after hours and on weekends, especially when we were actively chasing opportunities. We really appreciated how professional they were throughout the entire process, even in moments when we became emotional or stressed, like when we came very close to winning at an auction (which they attended for us and got us top bid!) but lost in the end, or changeable, like when we were updating our preferences as we knew our wants and needs better after attending inspections. They remained calm, patient, steady, and supportive, which made a huge difference during such a high-pressure experience. It was such a big relief that we could focus on our day jobs while the team was monitoring listings, providing guidance, and advocating for us as time-sensitive opportunities came up. When we found properties ourselves, we forwarded it to them and they were able to quickly do a review and tell us whether they were realistic to pursue or not. If the latter, we wasted no time and quickly pivoted to the next opportunities. After a month with Peach, we secured a property way under our max budget and, thanks to their negotiation skills, well below the property’s appraisal value! We're so happy :) Considering the time, stress, and money saved, and the outcome we achieved, working with Peach was absolutely worth it! We can’t recommend Noah and the team enough.
