I honestly cannot recommend Chris and the team at Parley Property enough. For the entire time that they were working with me I felt 100% that they had my back and my best interests at heart. Before engaging Parley I had been looking for over two years- two years of wavering in my decisions and uncertainty about how to navigate the shady world of real estate agents and an uncertain property market. I bought by place (which I LOVE) within two months of working with Chris. He supported me holistically: practically (through solid information about the market and prices, connecting me to opportunities, educating me on the processes, being my proxy with conversations and bidding with real estate agents and other players) and emotionally (coaching me through decision making processes, being my cheerleader, remaining positive and focused). He always made himself available for my questions and conversations and was proactive and transparent in communicating with me. I put off engaging a buyers advocate for a long while because I thought I couldn't justify an extra expense - but I now see the cost as a huge investment in both my time and sanity, as well as their market research as assurance that I was paying a reasonable price- and their help in strategically bidding at the auction. If I ever buy a property again, I will absolutely be doing it with Chris and Parley.

We worked closely with Josh at Parley Property Advisory to find our new home, ultimately securing the perfect property off‑market. Josh took the time to genuinely get to know us and what we were looking for, and understood our brief from the very start. The properties we were shown were right on‑brief, with a great mix of on‑ and off‑market opportunities. The entire search process was managed transparently and smoothly, using a project management tool (Trello) for daily communication alongside regular phone conversations. We also engaged Josh and the Parley team to sell our existing property, and they took all the stress out of that process; interviewing and managing agents right through to the sale at auction. We would absolutely work with Josh and the wider Parley team again. They add enormous value through deep market knowledge, strong agent relationships, and a genuinely smooth end‑to‑end process. Josh was able to hone in on key building and location considerations, and his sharp negotiating strategies opened the door for our off‑market purchase at a great price. We already miss our daily chats, but we couldn’t be happier with our new home. Huge thanks to Josh and the Parley team!

Shane and Chris did a great job in securing three properties for us after doing market research. They handled the process from start to finish and their network of agents and contractors ensured we all property purchases were smooth and quick.
