My partner and I were in the process of looking for our very first home. We were not sure about where we wanted to purchase and decided to search for a buyers agent. When we first spoke, things clicked immediately and we knew that Lisa and Steph were the right fit for us. We started the search near the end of June and we were able to secure a property by the end of July!What impressed us the most was the attention to detail and the care they put into finding the perfect property for us. After telling them about what we were looking for in a home, Lisa and Steph ensured that the properties we took a look at ticked all the right boxes. They also viewed the property first and a video walkthrough of the house was provided for us. When we inspected the property in person, Steph also took us for a drive around the neighbourhood to see what it was like. They really helped us in understanding what to look out for when purchasing a home.Outside of the home purchasing experience, Lisa and Steph also provided us valuable details and guidance about additional works that we would need to do to preserve the quality of our home which we greatly appreciate. We felt that we were really looked after throughout the entire process.On the communication front, the team has been impeccable, emails and phone calls are answered promptly and communication has always been provided within an appropriate time frame.We would like to say thank you again to the wonderful team, Lisa, Steph and Jessi for helping us purchase our dream home!
