Henny, Anthony and the entire team at OH Property Group were invaluable in helping us secure our first house.Their processes were extremely thorough and we felt confident in their ability to act on behalf of my husband and I in the purchase of our home. It was reassuring to know that we had such wealth of knowledge behind our decisions and through every step of the journey - from searching / looking at open homes and then the final stages. Having such experience to rely on at all times (and all hours!) was so important for us especially as neither of us are in property ourselves.They were able to see and assess things about houses that we wouldn’t have thought about - from sewer lines to lighting to topography to local insights. Their ability to weed out houses that weren’t going to work for us also helped us save time (perfect for an expecting mother!) - we didn’t have to visit open homes that were going to blow our budget or that weren’t suitable. We are very grateful to Henny and her team for a wonderful experience buying our first house with their expert guidance. We were initially hesitant about using a buyers agent but after glowing reviews from friends and colleagues, we engaged with Henny and now in turn can highly recommend her team to others. Henny had an amazing ability to understand what we were after whilst also providing clear guidance on things that could be rectified and things that should not be compromised. Her experience of the market showed and she was sharp, insightful and just ‘got it’. We found Henny was ethical and even guided us against some properties we considered, and gave sound advice about would be better for our needs in the long term. The entire process was also much less stressful due to her professionalism, clear communication and support. I genuinely do not think we would have been able to obtain the property we did without Henny. Having bought our first home a decade ago with the help of Oliver and Henny, we had no hesitation in using OH Property Group once again when upsizing. From finding a potential home to successfully buying it took less than two weeks! During that time they inspected the property themselves, provided an independent valuation, and carried out numerous due diligence checks. They then helped organise a conveyancer, building and pest inspection, and even recommended agents in our area to sell our first home. At every step of the way they were there to help, providing advice and insight drawn from their wealth of experience. Having benefited from their superb level of service twice now, we couldn't imagine buying a home without OH Property Group.
