Henny, Anthony and the entire team at OH Property Group were invaluable in helping us secure our first house.Their processes were extremely thorough and we felt confident in their ability to act on behalf of my husband and I in the purchase of our home. It was reassuring to know that we had such wealth of knowledge behind our decisions and through every step of the journey - from searching / looking at open homes and then the final stages. Having such experience to rely on at all times (and all hours!) was so important for us especially as neither of us are in property ourselves.They were able to see and assess things about houses that we wouldn’t have thought about - from sewer lines to lighting to topography to local insights. Their ability to weed out houses that weren’t going to work for us also helped us save time (perfect for an expecting mother!) - we didn’t have to visit open homes that were going to blow our budget or that weren’t suitable. For time poor clients, this was a real life saverThere is so much that goes into this process and Henny and her team just took care of everything - their due diligence and insights into the property market made it so much easier to work out what we wanted / what was realistic and where we could find this in Sydney - leading to our new family home that we really love.They worked so hard and maintained open (honest and clear) communication at all times - using great online platforms that were easy to follow and use. They were thoughtful in explaining the ins and outs of everything and kept us informed through every step.Prior to this, I thought that buyer agents were just for big budget spenders! But the team at OH Property Group were really good at sticking to our budget and made us feel like we were a priority. They listened to us when we had questions and eagerly took on our feedback about houses.Would recommend to anyone looking to secure a house in a competitive market. We could not be more impressed!

We worked with Henny from OH Property group and we were able to find out forever home in a short time frame. We learned alot from Henny and the team to make informed choices. We had no idea what we wanted or what to look for. Before meeting Henny, we were looking at bad properties without even knowing it . Working with Henny and the team made it clearer of what we wanted and what we could afford. We found the process informative and well worth it. It was also fast as the team proactively short listed properties for us to look at (and we are particularly picky people) . Henny was responsive to our many questions and having help in the auction made the process less stressful . Thank you Henny and the OH property eam, we love where we live and it's all thanks to you.
