From first enquiry Lachie was a stand-up choice to proceed with. I enquired with 2 local agencies, Lachie responded within a couple of hours to line up a call for the next day, on the call we talked about my goals and budget, while the budget was on the lower end he was upfront that it might be difficult but is still possible to achieve what we wanted to do. Comparably, the other company responded 2 days later and sent an email of their costs, no request for a discovery and goals call or even any follow up at all. I signed up with Lachie the day I received the other companies email because it was obvious Lachie actually cared to work together. Throughout the purchase process Lachie kept us informed through inspections and negotiations, we were able to find the perfect opportunity off market within our budget and on target with desired rental amount. Lachie arranged all inspections and kept me updated with what I needed to do. We're now unconditional on our purchase and Lachie is still working, arranging repair works to be done and working with a leasing agent to get a tenant ready for when settlement goes through. As someone who thinks they can do it all themselves I was hesitant in going forward with a buyers agent, but I can say with confidence engaging Lachie as your agent is worth it.
