As I live in regional NSW, I knew that I would need assistance to buy a property in the Sutherland Shire. A Google search led me to My Property Pro and mainly due to their outstanding reviews I decided to contact them. After the first friendly and informative contact with Andrew I decided to engage their services. This proved to be the best possible decision I made in my property search. I found all the team members to be friendly, incredibly hard working and very professional. Due to the nature of the process I still felt some stress, but My Property Pro alleviated a great deal of it as they have contacts in various facets of all things real estate. They use these contacts to source answers to the multitude of questions that seem to arise when purchasing real estate. My cynical nature initially thought, that a buyer’s agent would try and convince you to purchase the first property that came along so they could get you off the books. My Property Pro proved to be the complete opposite of this. There were a couple of properties I was interested in but after a thorough analysis by My Property Pro of strata reports, and their accurate establishment of the properties value, they explained to me why they thought the properties were not suitable. Due to the rapport I had established with them through our regular communication I trusted their advice. The My Property Pro team did all the liaising on my behalf with the real estate agents, they also liaised with solicitors and strata managers to ensure any qualms I had were reassured, before the final decision was made. This communication would often occur outside regular business hours and when I would apologise or thank them for being available at all hours of the day and on the weekends they would reply “that’s fine, that’s just what we do!” Their service didn’t stop once contracts were exchanged, but continued throughout the settlement process including reminders of tasks that needed attending to, attending the pre-settlement inspection and just checking in to see how I was feeling. I rarely give reviews because as an older person I now find that outstanding service is becoming a rarity. However, in the case of My Property Pro I have no hesitation in providing a review of my exceptionally positive experience and to report that My Property Pro well and truly exceeded all my expectations. I cannot thank enough every person in the team for the work they did for me, and I know I couldn’t have succeeded with my purchase without them. I strongly recommend this company if you are looking for a buyer’s agent.

Engaging the team saved us hours upon hours in searching, ensured we were making smart decisions, and secured our perfect home within our budget. We had a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend their services to anyone looking.

The team at MyPropertyPro of Andrew, Curtis and Elsja were professional and thorough with a good knowledge of the Sutherland Shire market and amazing negotiating skills when it came to purchasing our apartment.
