Paul, you are simply amazing! After searching for property on my own for almost a year to no avail, I decided to engage with Paul to help me source and secure the right property and I’m so glad I made that decision!! Since the very start, Paul took the time to understand my requirements and exactly what I was after. Through his wealth of experience, he devised a strategy to achieve my goals, both short term requirements and for long term growth. Paul worked tirelessly to search for on and off market properties and provided pros and cons of each. We inspected short-listed properties together and ultimately selected and secured the right property for the right price in the right location! Paul provided detailed reports of the properties of interest, which allowed me to make informed decisions. Paul helped, guided and tutored me throughout the whole process, and handled every aspect from searching the property to liaising with building inspectors, agents and all the way through to making sure the property was in satisfactory standard at settlement. I really appreciate Paul’s professionalism and reliability - he was always available (via face to face catch up as well as phone calls & texts) to answer my questions and address any of my concerns. I highly recommend Paul! He’s an absolute pleasure to work with!

Whether one is looking to buy one's very first home, is unfamiliar with property purchasing or looking to buy in a new unfamiliar area, a good buyer's advocate can make a huge difference to the buying experience and the final result. In this regard I consider Paul Murphy to be an outstanding buyer's advocate. He guided and supported our quest every step of the way in a patient and unwavering manner, putting up with our sometimes wayward directions veering into different property types and locations. Paul took care to bring our focus back to the core search criteria we established together at the start of our property search journey, reminding us to place utmost importance on the golden rule of real-estate - locations, locations, locations, + functionality, while avoiding over paying driven by emotions. We are very happy with the property we ended up purchasing after quite an extended search. Thank you, Paul!
