Paul, you are simply amazing! After searching for property on my own for almost a year to no avail, I decided to engage with Paul to help me source and secure the right property and I’m so glad I made that decision!! Since the very start, Paul took the time to understand my requirements and exactly what I was after. Through his wealth of experience, he devised a strategy to achieve my goals, both short term requirements and for long term growth. Paul worked tirelessly to search for on and off market properties and provided pros and cons of each. We inspected short-listed properties together and ultimately selected and secured the right property for the right price in the right location! Paul provided detailed reports of the properties of interest, which allowed me to make informed decisions. Paul helped, guided and tutored me throughout the whole process, and handled every aspect from searching the property to liaising with building inspectors, agents and all the way through to making sure the property was in satisfactory standard at settlement. We worked with Paul to purchase an apartment for investment, and he was fantastic. He’s extremely experienced and really took the time to educate us on what to look out for.
