I’ve been interested in purchasing an investment property for some time, but honestly was a bit apprehensive. But then I found Melbourne Buyers Advocates. I reached out to the office, and spoke to Paul about his services. After that initial call, I was all in and agreed in principle to using the service. And I must say Paul and his team (Jason & Gavin) have been excellent. I supplied the team with a list of properties I was interested in, which he then shortlisted to a top 3. The amount of work they put in was tremendous and honestly they saved me thousands, not just a couple but $70k. I was very interested in one property but due to their due diligence work they simply said “no” this property is not for you. Little did I know that the place still had that combustible cladding and buried deep in the paperwork was a clause that each apartment would have to pay $70k for remediation. Something I would have never found on my own. We moved on and we found another place that was perfect, it was bigger, great location, and already tenanted with amazing rental yield, and after some great negotiation work I was lucky enough to have my offer excepted with a price well under asking, and well under valuation from my bank (instant equity) I must say that the service provided by MBA was truly first class, amazing communication, efficient turnaround times, and an absolute please to work with, and I would highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking at buying property. II could go higher than 5 stars I would, and I know if I’m ever lucky enough to buy anything else, this will be my first stop in that purchase.

Fast, effective and well worth the investment. Paul and Garvin took the anxiety out of securing my dream Aussie apartment while I was overseas. I was new to the purchasing process in Melbourne so handing over this responsibility was a huge relief. Plus, I was thrilled with the final price - terrific savings! I would absolutely work with Melbourne Buyers Advocates again in the future.
